Glass
- NOVAZ Crystal Glass
Ice
- 1 large clear ice cube (or 3–4 medium cubes)
Ingredients
- 60 ml (2 oz) bourbon or rye whiskey
- 7.5 ml (½ tbsp) maple syrup or simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters (optional)
- Small pinch ground cinnamon (or 1 dash cinnamon bitters)
Method
- Add the syrup and bitters to the NOVAZ Crystal Glass.
- Add the whiskey and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Fill with ice and stir for 15–20 seconds until chilled and slightly diluted.
Garnish
- Wide orange peel twist (express oils over the drink, then drop in)
- Optional: cinnamon stick or a few cloves on the garnish tray for extra Christmas feel
2. Snowy Cookie Tiramisu Dessert Cocktail

Glass
- NOVAZ Crystal Petite
Ice
- No ice – this is a chilled dessert-style cocktail
Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz) coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlúa)
- 20 ml (⅔ oz) dark rum or brandy
- 60 ml (2 oz) cold milk or half-and-half
- 60 ml (2 oz) whipped cream or lightly whipped mascarpone cream
- 2–3 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (separate a little for topping)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder or drinking chocolate
Method
- In a small bowl, mix the coffee liqueur and rum/brandy.
- Add some crushed cookies to the bottom of the NOVAZ Crystal Petite to form a crumb layer.
- Pour in the mixed liqueur, then slowly add the milk/half-and-half.
- Spoon or pipe whipped cream/mascarpone on top to create the “snowy” layer.
- Sprinkle more cookie crumbs and cocoa on top. Chill for 5–10 minutes before serving if desired.
Garnish
- 1 chocolate sandwich cookie half standing in the cream
- 1 rolled wafer biscuit on the side
