Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING / ORDERS

We currently ship to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Your order will be shipped within 7 days, with an estimated delivery arrival within 30 days.

Non-Asia Area:

• For orders under US$99, there is a flat-rate standard shipping fee of US$10.
• Orders between US$99.01 and US$189.99 will be charged a flat-rate standard shipping fee of US$20.
• For orders over US$199, free shipping will be offered.

Asia Area:

• For orders under US$99, there is a flat-rate standard shipping fee of US$6.
• Orders between US$99.01 and US$189.99 will be charged a flat-rate standard shipping fee of US$10.
• For orders over US$199, free shipping will be offered.

PAYMENTS

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard as credit card payment for your online purchase. Applicable State and County taxes will be charged at checkout based on shipping address.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you received defective or incorrect items, please contact us at support@novaz.store for return instructions. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Please note that our return policy applies only to unused and unworn items with all original packaging and tags attached. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for used, worn, or tag-less items. Both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee are non-refundable for returns due to dissatisfaction. Refunds are subject to the confirmation and processing of the returned product at our warehouse.
