Citrus Mint Lagoon Fizz (Mocktail)

A bright, fizzy citrus refresher with a cool aqua hue and a minty finish—made to sparkle in a NOVAZ Crystal Glass.

Time & Yield

Ingredients

  • Ice (large cubes preferred)
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 oz (10 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 4–6 oz (120–180 ml) sparkling water / soda water
  • 1–1.5 oz (30–45 ml) butterfly pea tea concentrate* (chilled)
  • Garnish: fresh mint sprig, lemon slice (optional)

*To make quick butterfly pea concentrate: steep 1–2 butterfly pea tea bags in 3–4 oz hot water for 5–7 minutes, then chill.

Instructions

  1. Chill the glass
    Fill your NOVAZ Crystal Glass with ice.
  2. Build the citrus base
    Add lemon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently 2–3 times.
  3. Add bubbles
    Slowly pour in sparkling water until the glass is about 80–90% full.
  4. Create the lagoon color (the signature look)
    Gently pour the chilled butterfly pea tea concentrate down the side of the glass or over the ice. It will settle and create a soft aqua/blue-green gradient.
  5. Garnish & serve
    Lightly clap the mint between your hands to release aroma, then add it on top. Add a lemon slice if desired. Serve immediately.

Tips (Optional)

  • Want it greener? Add a tiny extra squeeze of lime.
  • Sweeter tooth? Increase simple syrup by 1–2 teaspoons.
  • For a “spritz” feel, use extra-chilled sparkling water and larger ice cubes.
