Frosted Berry & Mint Layered Fizz (Mocktail)
A sparkling, two-tone mocktail with a vivid mint-green base and a blush berry top—crystal-clear and extra stunning in a NOVAZ Crystal Glass. For an elevated “bar-at-home” moment, serve it on the NOVAZ Luxe Glow to highlight the glass cuts and make the layers pop.

Ingredients
Green layer
- 3/4 oz (22 ml) mint syrup*
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1–2 tsp cold water (optional, to thin)
Pink layer
- 2 oz (60 ml) cranberry juice (or raspberry juice)
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup (optional, to taste)
Finish
- 4–6 oz (120–180 ml) sparkling water / soda water (very cold)
- Ice (clear cubes if possible)
Garnish (optional)
- Lime wheel, mint sprig, or a few berries
*Quick mint syrup option: use store-bought mint syrup, or muddle mint with simple syrup and strain.

Build the green base
In your NOVAZ Crystal Glass, add mint syrup and lime juice. Stir once. Add ice. -
Add bubbles
Slowly pour in sparkling water until the glass is about 80–90% full. Let it settle for 10 seconds. -
Create the pink layer (the gradient look)
Gently pour the cranberry (or raspberry) juice over the back of a spoon so it floats on top and forms a soft blush layer. -
Serve (keep the layers)
Don’t stir if you want crisp layers. If you prefer a single color, give just one gentle stir.

Tips for Clean Layers
- Use very cold sparkling water and larger ice cubes (less mixing).
- Pour the top layer slowly over a spoon.
- If the green layer sinks too much, thin it with a splash of cold water.
